Posting a few pictures of the house, but I still don’t know whether I have it yet. URGH. I should know by Wednesday or Thursday. I’m going to make this post private in a few days. And I will post other pics when I move.

I probably won’t have furniture because I can’t afford to move my few things. So the house will be empty for a while.

Living room. House is the size of a medium-sized studio apartment, so if anything looks big, it’s an illusion.

Bedroom. No closets in the whole house. This house was built in 1940, and still no closets?? LOL

New fridge and stove. No dishwasher or washer and dryer.

A deck that is not completed. I wonder whether the wood is treated? Assuming it costs less than $50 to do it myself. I will treat the ‘deck’ myself. I don’t know how long the wood will last if untreated. I will find out. I don’t really care if it’s untreated. But it would make the house better.

If the yard looks big, it is. And guess who still can’t find the key to her mower? ME. So I have to buy a new mower. I’m not paying to get this mowed until fall. This is TWO lots which means no one can buy it and build a house. I would NEVER consider this house if someone could buy the lot.

If I could do anything, I would love to have a sunroom. Anything added on is big, big bucks, so I wouldn’t do it unless I had the extra money and paid off all debt, went on my trip for the year, etc., etc. Not a priority. I also want a garden. Not sure where to start it. I can’t remember how the back is. It’s not big at all. Can’t remember where there is grass there. A garden isn’t as expensive as a sunroom.

Gotta go. Not feeling well and I have a meeting tonight.
