I’m locking some entries. Most of them are very old, so it won’t be noticeable. However, I did lock one from December 31, 2021.

I’m locking them because I’m using some of the entries as part of a writing contest, and if they run it through a plagiarize program, my site will come up. This is because many people will enter because the prize is $20K. I don’t know if the $20K goes to publishing the book or if the winner gets the money in their bank account.

I’m only entering because they lean towards mental health memoirs. Hello, here I am! They want 100,000 words which I don’t have. I only have 3,000 words edited. Even without working full-time, I doubt I can get 100K words. So I will probably enter with 30K words.

My job is an ass, so I’m not back at work yet. I’m still on unpaid leave. I’m glad I have my business, but it doesn’t make up for missing a whole paycheck. Plus, I have to pay for my health insurance, etc.
