Trying to figure out something in astrology. What I noticed today is shocking to me. What I thought was true for over five years, is not as accurate. Since astrology is up to interpretation, I can only go back experience and a birth chart to get an answer. So, I’m using mine to figure things out.
I’m not disclosing my chart information, so the following may seem vague. There’s two sets of questions.
If {redacted}, emotional security comes through communication, mental stimulation, and connection with siblings or your immediate environment.
Ask yourself:
- Do I process emotions by talking, writing, or thinking them through? Talk to who? If I talk to myself and get caught, I’m crazy, even though talking to oneself to THINK is not crazy. So, even though I live alone I tend to avoid this because it can become a habit thats hard to break. But talking to myself has been effective in the past. But writing also works. And I’m constantly thinking so this question isn’t helpful. I do all three and they all work.
- Am I emotionally attuned to my siblings, neighbors, or community? LOL. Ignore this one, too. I’m aware, but “attuned” requires feedback of some type.
- Do I get restless or moody if I’m not mentally engaged or learning something new? YES. I love to learn. I need to learn. What is life without learning? And talking or leaning about nothing is the worst and pointless.
- Are short trips, journaling, or conversations emotionally grounding for me? Good question. I take short trips because I don’t have time or money for longer trips, but I will still say YES on that. (If I could afford long trips, I most likely wouldn’t know the answer to this question.) Yes, journaling can be grounding. Conversations are rarely grounding because people want to talk about nothing so I don’t force what I want to talk about on them. But it has happened.
Score: 2 points
If {redacted}, emotional roots lie in home, family, and deep inner life.
Ask yourself:
- Is my emotional well-being tied to my home environment and sense of belonging? Not sure. I like being home. I prefer it so…yes?
- Do I crave solitude or a private space to retreat and recharge? Uh, yes.
- Are my parents or ancestry central to my emotional identity? No.
- Do I have strong emotional memories connected to childhood or “where I come from”? Memories? This shouldn’t count because I have a bad visual and working memory, so I won’t count this. But nothing specifically to childhood. Why would I care or think about that? “Where I come from” is interesting. But emotional memories, no.
Score: 2 points
So it’s a tie. Didn’t expect this to be so hard. If I had a regular memory, would I answer the last question differently and have my answer? Hmmm. Leaning toward option one. Learning is more important than this home stuff.

If {redactd}, love and beauty express through home, comfort, and emotional security.
Ask yourself:
- Do I show affection by nurturing, decorating, or creating harmony at home? No.
- Do I crave emotional safety and commitment more than excitement in relationships? What relationships? With animals? No excitement, please. So, yes.
- Does my aesthetic taste lean toward cozy, sentimental, or traditional? Not sentimental for the most part. But nothing is wrong with cozy. I’ll say no.
- Do I feel happiest when my private world feels beautiful and safe? Safety is way more important than beauty. Safety is a need, and beauty is a want. I like pretty things. So, yes.
Score: 2 points
If {redacted}, love and creativity take on a romantic, playful, and self-expressive flavor.
Ask yourself:
- Do I express love through art, performance, or playfulness? Love? What is love? Seriously, no.
- Are romance and creativity intertwined for me? Good question. Almost makes me want to look up the word ‘romance’ to make sure I’m getting it right, but I’ll use what I know. Does romance require creativity? No. It feels like always intertwining them would fall under “forced,” so this is a NO.
- Do I crave admiration and joyful expression more than quiet stability? Hell, no.
- Do I fall in love easily, enjoy flirtation, or express affection openly? What? No.
Score: Zero.
Either all the questions were bad for me or it’s clear that this one doesn’t resonate. Yay, for a clear answer!
I’m getting closer to my answer and could end now. I don’t like the overall result because I have to let go of what I thought for 5 years, but I can do it. haha.
