I can’t resist a fun prompt. I’ve probably wrote about this a few times in the past and not much has changed but here goes:

• Small (between 400 to 700 sq. ft.)
• cozy, bohemian and a little modern
• outside space that’s much bigger than the house. 1-3 acres sound divine.
• Outside area – comfortable, a table and chairs, not a lot of grass, a lot of trees but not too close to the house.
• Must have a breakfast nook so I can read while looking out the windows.
• This reminds me….I need a window I can look out without seeing other people. And they can’t see me.
• Lots of houseplants in the inside. Small vegetable garden outside.
• A part of the yard is fenced off with a strong 6 ft fence for my two dogs.
• The outside of the house is a bright color.
• The inside decor is a bohemian and beachy.
• There’s a tiny sauna inside that fits one person or outside if the house is too small.
• I have a dishwasher, washer and dryer. – I have none of these now. 🙁
• I also have closets and organization space. have none of these now. 🙁
• I have walls that things can be hung from. Guess what? I don’t have this now and I had no idea until AFTER I moved in. I’m still disappointed. You give me NO closets and I’m not able to hang shelves??? (I’m going to do it soon somehow since I’m not concerned about selling it at value.)

There’s probably lots more, but this is all I can think of at the moment. And some things have change due to the house I live in now.
