February Recap – Boring

backdrop of health inscription on light wall

Yeah, I didn’t do anything exciting last month. (Or for the past 15 or so months). Due to my bad memory, I’m now recapping months and years. I never posted January here, but here is February. No AI insight. Just stuff from my private journal. But it did the summary like a work meeting review. lol. Sooo not me. I didn’t come up with the title names either.

February 2026 Recap

A structured analytical review of psychological assessments, professional status, and environmental variables.

The Gestalt

February was characterized by a focus on psychological self-assessment and mental health research in response to workplace autonomy conflicts. Increased rest and improved self-perception were balanced against domestic logistical disruptions and spiritual evaluations of stagnation versus progress.

Health and Vitality

  • Conducted research into the symptoms and management of autistic burnout.
  • Achieved improved sleep duration and quality.
  • Discontinued CBT-I for sleep treatment due to environmental factors.

Work Realities and The Autonomy Gap

  • Encountered workplace conflict regarding my denied accommodation.

Intellectual Growth

  • Completed CPTSD workbook modules, observing stable self-perception and infrequent dissociation.
  • Consumed literature regarding autism spectrum conditions in older adults and contemporary fiction.
  • Studied organizational systems via YouTube.
  • Books: Read The Blue Hour (fiction), Older Adults and Autism Spectrum Conditions (non-fiction), and The Island (fiction).
  • Media: Watched true crime shows Fatal Vows and Fear Thy Neighbor.

Home Logistics

  • Monitored unseasonably warm weather conditions with temperatures reaching near 60 degrees.
  • Managed logistical household issues.

Spiritual Anchors

  • Tarot Comparison: The Wheel of Fortune indicated positive transition and better rest, while Death (Reversed) signaled resistance to change and stagnation.

End of Report // Internal Use Only

WTF. Ugh, with the format/language. I just can’t. Look at all my intellectual growth! But I can understand it, and last month was boring. SO, whatever. I used Opal (via Google) to make this app. It obviously needs work, but I’m not concerned enough to fix it now.
