Wednesday – 10 minutes on bike. 1.5 miles. Level 3

Thursday – danced for an hour (playlist – Anna Nalick, Beyoncé & Britney Spears)
Pilates – 10 minute workout (from ExerciseTV)

Friday – Pilates workout for 10 minutes (via Pilates for Beginners )

I received 1 out of 2 of my rental pilate videos. I like how Pilates for Beginners has 10 or 20 minute workouts. I’ve only ran through it once so no review thus far.

I will do an exercise log once a week. Sunday – Saturday. If I do more this week, which I plan to do, I will just edit this post. I should be getting my pilates DVD (rental) today or tomorrow. yay!
