My cat thought I was going to work today. She woke me up @ 6:20 which is five minutes before the alarm goes off. She does this every weekday. I don’t know how she knows anyway I’m on vacation this week. My cat would not give up. She ran and jumped for an hour until she realized “This Kat isn’t going to work today”. Then she went to sleep…in my bed.

I have a headache. Is it due to listening to music too loudly through my headphones or lack of coffee? I seriously hope it is the latter.

Does any of this make sense? I’m aggravated because I’m tired and I have a headache. I have a lot of things I had planned to do today. It’s only 9:44AM. There’s still time right?

4 days until I leave for the beach. The weather isn’t looking great. Rain. 🙁 I have to get addresses of museums and the aquarium. On my birthday, I would like to go on a boat sight seeing trip. I’ve never been on a boat while on water. (The only boat I was on was the boat that brought slaves to Virginia from Africa. Of course it was on land. Forgive me if this boat has a name. I can’t remember. It was years ago. I would like to go again one day).

I kept the azaleas for myself because I found this beautiful houseplant for my mom.

I’m so jealous! I would love to have something like this but my cat would attack it.
